Alzheimer Society Huron Perth (ASHP) is seeking a strategic, values‑driven Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. This is a meaningful opportunity to work alongside a deeply committed team, and strengthen the organization’s impact across Huron and Perth Counties. This role is ideal for a leader motivated by purpose, community connection, and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
The Executive Director leads Alzheimer Society Huron Perth by translating its mission into meaningful, community‑based impact for people living with dementia and their care partners. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, funders, and the broader Alzheimer Society Federation, the Executive Director provides strategic, values‑based leadership to ensure ASHP remains responsive, sustainable, and effective across Huron and Perth Counties.
The new Executive Director will build on a strong organizational foundation, strengthening governance, stewardship, and organizational alignment; supporting the evolution of programs and services; and fostering a positive, inclusive, and people‑centred culture that reflects the organization’s deep commitment to community.
- Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000
- Annual Vacation: 4 weeks

About Alzheimer Society Huron Perth
Alzheimer Society Huron Perth (ASHP) provides vital programs, education, and individualized support to people living with dementia and their care partners across Huron and Perth Counties. Through services such as First Link® navigation, education and support groups, one‑to‑one counselling, and community‑based programs, ASHP helps individuals and families access timely, compassionate support close to home, reducing isolation and strengthening quality of life.
Serving primarily small towns and rural communities, ASHP plays a critical role in enabling people living with dementia to remain engaged and supported in their communities, while connecting local needs and voices to the broader provincial and national Alzheimer Society Federation.
