Join Dale Brain Injury Services as GoldCare Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the technology, information, and workflows that help individuals living with acquired brain injury achieve greater independence, connection, and quality of life.
The GoldCare Administrator is the organization’s subject matter expert for GoldCare, ensuring the system remains effective, reliable, and aligned with operational needs. This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of people, processes, and community-based service delivery.
Working across the organization, the Administrator provides user support, training, reporting, system configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance functionality, strengthen data quality, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for helping others and using technology to support meaningful outcomes.
- Competitive compensation of approximately $72,800 to $83,200 annually, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

For more than 40 years, Dale Brain Injury Services (DBIS) has been a recognized leader in community-based rehabilitation, helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of acquired brain injury throughout Southwestern Ontario.
