DESCRIPTION:LD5 – HOLDING OTHERS ACCOUNTABLE \nOne of the most valuable skills a leader can develop is holding others accountable.  This interactive workshop will strengthen leadership ability to effectively establish expectations and address unmet expectations\, while driving employee engagement. \nIn this workshop you will: \n\nUnderstand the fundamental elements required to build an accountable organization\nBuild skills required to hold others accountable including expectation setting\, monitoring progress\, and sharing feedback\nLearn how to leverage accountability as a positive tool to drive employee engagement\nUnderstand how ‘psychological safety’ is a key element in creating an accountability culture\n\n\nThis workshop is part of a series of Leadership Development workshops.
