in their search for a new Director of Human Resources.

About The Role

This role provides strategic and compassionate leadership to the Human Resources function at Karis Disability Services, ensuring that people practices align with the organization’s Christian values and mission. It is vital in cultivating a culture of belonging, care, and excellence for employees and those they support.

You will need these qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Arts in a relevant field with a CHRL designation.
  • At least six years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, with proven leadership skills in leading HR functions strategically.
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, proven ability to solve problems, manage time effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • A driver’s licence and insurance to travel across regions to support teams and organizational initiatives.
