Rachel is a graduate researcher studying team dynamics and performance. She holds a BA degree in psychology with a minor in management from the University of Alberta. Her academic interests include team cognition in ad hoc teams, grit, and how team dynamics emerge and impact group performance. Rachel is currently pursuing an MSc in Industrial/Organizational psychology at Western University.
