Sarah has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Western University. Her graduate research investigated the formation of discriminatory attitudes toward LGBTQ individuals, and she continues to maintain interests in equity and diversity, attitude formation, and behaviour change.
Sarah currently works in program evaluation at the University of Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy and provides assessment expertise to Ahria Consulting. Her skills include quantitative and qualitative data analysis, scientific writing, and assessment in educational and workplace settings. She also has experience as a university instructor and enjoys teaching and mentoring others.
Jennifer is a Human Resources Professional with over twenty years of experience with a diverse portfolio including labour relations, employee relations, policy development and implementation, performance management and providing coaching to all levels of leadership. She has a diverse background in nonprofit, large retail, manufacturing, and information technology. Jennifer has a passion for challenging and helping leaders and businesses evolve.
