Kelly is a strategic, values-based health care executive and certified professional coach with strong leadership, relationship development, and change management skills. She has a proven track record of leading organizations in the establishment of strategic directions, transformational change strategies, implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and development of new systems and processes. Kelly’s professional expertise and services include leadership coaching & development, team effectiveness, change management, strategy development & execution, and organizational effectiveness.
Darlene is an enthusiastic and energetic individual who oversees the administrative functions at Ahria Consulting. She handles financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, and general accounting procedures. Darlene synchronizes all client information and is at our reception with her friendly nature to welcome any visitors to our office.

Jincy is a knowledgeable learning and development professional who brings an empathetic and sensitive approach to coaching leaders, individuals, and teams. She possesses over a decade of experience working with professionals and businesses coupled with a deep understanding of the world of adult learning and talent management. Her professional expertise includes learning design and delivery, talent planning & management, career transitions, and leadership recruitment.
Afa utilises her people focused and relational approach to support organizations with talent management and employee engagement. As a Career Development Practitioner, Afa is passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their full potential by identifying their strengths and values and achieving personal and professional goals through preparation and strategic planning. Afa holds a Masters in Management and Human Resources from the University of Bath, U.K. Her professional expertise and services include 1-on-1 career coaching, career transitions, group facilitation, and recruiting.

Jeff is a strategic human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in diverse settings including oil and gas, education and health care industries. Jeff has considerable expertise in talent acquisition, labour relations, health and safety, compensation and benefits administration, training and development as well as conflict resolution. Jeff also has significant experience in the development and implementation of corporate diversity and inclusion programs.

As a senior associate with Ahria Consulting, Gloria conveys the conceptual and practical aspects of successful career management to a large and diverse client base. She does this through resource development, one-on-one coaching and group workshop facilitation. Gloria’s expertise is in career transition, adult education, instructional design, strengths-based performance management, and team-building.
