The goals of Next Level Leadership are to:

Next Level Leadership focuses on the development of six core skills essential to being an adaptable strategic leader:

  • Anticipating and developing the ability to detect ambiguous threats and opportunities, to “see” the information and trends on the periphery of their business;
  • Challenging the status quo, questioning assumptions (their own and others), unconscious biases and fostering cognitive diversity;
  • Interpreting the ambiguous by going beyond gathering insights through analyzing inputs, recognizing patterns, challenging own’s own thinking, pushing through the ambiguity and seeking deeper understanding, new insights and opposing viewpoints;
  • Deciding by balancing speed and precision while utilizing robust decision-making processes, leveraging intuitive and strategic decision making, being transparent, and reframing binary decisions;
  • Aligning and inspiring by building common ground with others, clearly communicating the vision, fostering a mindset of collaboration, and creating a shared sense of purpose and motivation;
  • Learning and adapting by being open to feedback, learning from experience, and continuously improving while modelling a learning mindset in leaders and the organization.

The six core workshops included in Next Level Leadership are delivered in a dynamic learning format featuring a combination of interactive, bite-sized learning segments, group exercises, case studies, discussions, self-reflection exercises, and role-playing simulations to ensure maximum engagement and opportunity for application of learning. This program is typically structured over a four-to-six-month period and your Ahria facilitator will work with you to determine the preferred cadence and scheduling of the program to best suit the needs of your senior leadership team.
